Commercial real estate, like other service and sales categories, is populated by many competent and experienced professionals. It has been my observation that those of us who practice commercial real estate fit largely into two philosophies of service; transactions, or relationships. While both have their place, I much prefer a relation based practice and work to be of value to my clients well into the future.
Through traditional marketing, new technology, and methods like social media, direct mail, broker forums, Chambers of Commerce, professional organizations, internet marketing, e-mail, and a lot of time on the phone, I’m able to remain informed and in touch, and be a valuable resource for my clients like never before.
